Let's move your payroll
There are many reasons customers move payrolls to us. Costs, accuracy, service, HR support. Whatever your reasons the process is easy and above all painless.

Here is how it works:

The first step is simply letting your current payroll provider know you're moving. If that feels awkward — don't worry, it's a normal business transition and they deal with it regularly. Just copy us into that email and we'll handle the rest of the communication directly.

Moving mid-year? No problem. We'll transfer all year-to-date figures across so your employees' P60s and tax records are complete and accurate. We cross-reference everything against your previous payroll to make sure nothing is missed.

We will work with your current payroll provider to securely transfer across all relevant information to our system.
There will be no cost for this work!

If your payroll is currently attached to your accounting software (for example Xero or Sage) we can continue to support this. Or we can export into our payroll system, which could save you additional money.

Provide access to your pension provider (if you have one).

If you’re happy with your existing process for providing payroll information, we’ll review and in the majority of cases will be happy to accept the same format.

We will cross reference your first payroll to previous months to double check everything has been transferred correctly.

The whole process typically takes less than a week to get you switched over.
