Let's start a new payroll
So you're paying employees for the first time. It can seem daunting but don't worry we will make the whole process painless.

Below is a step by step guide of how we'll get your new payroll running - painlessly.

Register as an employer with HMRC.

Decide how often you want to pay employees. For example monthly or weekly?

Are your staff going to be salaried or hourly?

Do you need a pension scheme setup.

Arrange how we’ll share details on each payroll e.g. hours worked, sick days, etc

Now we run your first payroll. We'll provide the amounts to pay and you will arrange payment. We can provide BAC files to make payment even easier.

Payslips will be sent electronically directly to your employees, we can send these as Painless Payroll or via your email address.

That's it! Welcome to your new painless payroll.
